Chapter Two: Fun at the Inkling'sDeeth woke up early, but remembering that it was his weekend off, went back to sleep. He kept passing back and forth between dreams and the real world before he finally decided to get up at midday. He sat up and belched as he rubbed his stomach. "I guess I ate too much."Chapter Two: Fun at the Inkling's by DeethIrteen
As Deeth put his feet on the floor, his accidentally stepped on something. He winced and pulled his foot back up. Looking down, he saw that he had stepped on the black egg from the package.
"Huh, I guess it rolled off." He picked up the egg to place it on a bookshelf. As he approached, he stepped on a crumpled piece of paper. It was the wadded up scroll. Deeth rolled his eyes. "Stupid junk mail."
Deeth took another shower and changed into a blue shirt, black trousers and leather boots. He put his usual effects in his pockets and walked towards the door. He stopped at the knob, glancing back at the brown package and black egg. "That thing's pretty big. Almost looks like a dragon egg..." Deeth rolled his eyes. "Nah. Ther
Prologue: The Future is LostThe isle of Jo'kiota always a shining beacon on the central sea. It was a small island, with the archipelago of Wengilima to the north and east, and the outer lands to the west. It was long nicknamed "The dragon's nest", for that was where dragons were born every twelve years. And tonight was the eve of the birth of a new generation.Prologue: The Future is Lost by DeethIrteen
Regent Jombus stood on the balcony of the grand palace. Down below, the soldiers of the United Kingdoms inspected the grounds, keeping an eye out for intruders. The chubby regent wiped his brow with a handkerchief retrieved from his trouser pocket. His azure armor was decorated with a regal sash of countless medals. His eyes skimmed the distant horizon of Wengilima, lights and sounds constantly buzzing across the sea. Overhead, millions of stars shined in the heavens, filling the old regent’s being with a sense of hope.
Regent Jombus had served the ruling family of the Empire of United Kingdoms for hundreds of years. The elf was old enough to be cons
Role-play Options and InfoOLD JOURNAL RE-UPLOADEDRole-play Options and Info by Grumbelle
I just finished Camp NaNoWriMo AND my 4th novel and submitted it for publishing about an hour ago, and with nothing new to start on, and nothing old to edit, I'm at a loss in that in-between feeling. REALLY feeling the need to Rp, but I don't have any Rp partners anymore, (most went off to college, others don't work night shift like I do so they're asleep, some just grew out of it).
I am an almost 24 year old, married, with a job, but even I find the time to write, (even though I don't much to draw, heh). My most active days are thursday-saturday, and I work Sunday-Wednesday. I'm looking for someone who's ready for a long Rp to be dedicated to, not a group, I'd rather do something one on one. If I fall in love with the rp, yes there will be art of said characters with music theme songs and such, lol. The more I love it, the more detailed and lengthy I get, so be prepared!
Here's the thing though... I haven't had a rp partner in a long..
The Traveler's tale chapter 1 and 2Authors note: I use many references to books and stories of other people in this story; this is because they inspire me. All my stories are based on my dreams that may or may not have been influenced by the books and stories. I apologise to anyone who is reading this and has not red the stories I refer to or if you wrote the stories and you felt wronged by me. I would also like to add that I am dyslexic and therefore apologise for any bad spelling and grammar in my text, also any poor description or anything like that. The Traveler's tale chapter 1 and 2 by woodywoodwood
Chapter 1 background.
In this story I use a modification of the Multiverse theory as I understand it. My theory is that everything we come up with using our imagination is actually an account of an event from a parallel/alternative universe. This includes everything from a small lie to the best fictional stories from good old books. I cannot fully describe the multiverse but for this story imagine beads on a string radiating out in infinite directions from a centra
The Increasingly Absurd Endeavours Of Gretchen (1)I had been living here all my life, looking over the quiet valley of Upshire. This is where I have remained for many years, walled in by the prominent limestone cliffs. My abode? A stout, ramshackle cottage built from red wood and stone, an eyesore on the outside, yet cosy and warm inside, a place that could weather even the harshest of winters that the English seasons hurled my way.The Increasingly Absurd Endeavours Of Gretchen (1) by smileykaya
My name is Gretchen Goosander… Sadly I have no middle name, so I cannot tell you that. At fourteen, I am not legally supposed to be running a home all by myself, yet no-one even knows I’m out here, no-one ever bloomin’ bothered to check but, hey, the solitude is peaceful, albeit lonesome. There isn’t much to say about myself, other than the fact that I have my mother’s freckles, and also my aunt’s hell-to-tame ginger curls, which turn to frizz in even low humidity. Other than that, I am a dull person in my opinion, with no outstanding interests other than an avid collec

She felt the warmth pressed against her back. It was strange, but, nice, the other aura sleeping restfully.
Mierra made no move to push the unknown entity away, too comfortable in her bed, not to mention it was a weekend. The entity shifted and walked over Mierra, stepping on her side. She didn't move until she felt something lick her nose.
She opened her eyes and saw the cat looking at her with bright yellow eyes. She smiled and wrapped an arm around the cat, bringing it closer to her. She heard the tinkle of the cat's collar and said, “Let's find out your name shall we?”
Mierra parted the cat's neck fur until she found the collar tag and read it.
“Maddie. That sounds familiar...”
She shrugged and got out of the bed. The walls of her temporary room were maroon with brown trim and the carpet was a light beige. There was a fireplace across the room from her four poster bed with a small couch. Three doors were in the room, bathroom, laundry room, an
